Im 20 years old. Girl. 163 cm tall. When i was 16 i got sick in my thyroid and got Hypothyroidism. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothyroidism)

I gained weight, from 60 kg's to 78 kg's and some extra kg's after that.

I also got BED = Binge eating disorder wich i struggle with every day. Now, 5 years later i finally got to try medical hormones for my thyroid wich i hope will work and im trying to get rid of the BED.


This tumblr is gonna be for recepies,exercise-posts,food logs and some times even some more private things.

mmmmskinny asked: the Graves' disease, and I still do a lot of sports so everyone tell me I look fit and that's how I'm supposed to feel, but I feel like I'm still bigger than I'm supposed to be and I've been working to change my diet and be healthier in hopes of fixing that problem. I just wanna tell you to keep going and you can do it. Anything is possible girly :)

Awh! Definetly needed this! It’s really hard when ive always been trying so hard but the thyroid just went against me. But i hope i will make it someday! :)
